Cancellation Window

Bookings can be cancelled from My Bookings. Free-cancellation windows, where offered, are shown on the room listing before you book.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

If you can't make it, tell us via chat - unnotified no-shows may be charged the first night as per the listing's terms.
